Quit peeing on my lawn...

I had a fight with the QA manager this morning. He's been poking and poking and finally I had enough and put him in his place. I told him we could either work together or not, his call... I think I intimidate him so he's been peeing on every rock he can find to mark his territory. The next time he tries, I will chop him off to the point where he'll be doing it sitting down....
He just appologized and I sort of half heartedly accepted. Right now I am NOT in the mood to be gracious....
