I've told very few people that I'm leaving. I'm not sure why. Maybe I just don't want folks making a fuss. The few folks I have told have been supportive and very kind with their remarks. It makes me feel good to hear it, but still uncomfortable to hear their glowing tones. I helped fix some production problems. I did not cure cancer or discover cold fusion.
I just got in from my walk. It is over 60 degrees here just two weeks before Christmas. Man, I'd take that year round. I'm hoping we stay snow free until my stay here is done. The extended forecast makes that a possibility.
I need to wrap up my shopping this weekend and so I will.
