What's going on Vol. XX

Lots to talk about, our 5K run, the last sail, the boat cioming out today, my interview yesterday, but most of that is going to have to wait... My thoughts that running would toughen the lungs and hence foil the bronchitis that I seem to get plagued with every year were in vain, foiled by a bunch of rug rats on Thanksgiving who have given me some sort of respiratory bug that has resutled in lots of coughing and lungs full of stuff that I'd rather not describe and a general tiredness that well sucks. I think a doctors visit is in the cards. Did I mention I'm no vacation today?
