Quality out of control.

What is it about people in manufacturing? Nobody want to take responsibility for quality any more. All people do is finger point, blame somebody else. It is the easiest thing to do. Fix the issue? Nah, that involves work. So instead I get it coming and going. The customer is pissed because he isn't getting his parts. The owner and CFO are pissed because we're throwinw way yoo much material away. Grrrrr Guess who's caught in the middle? Yup, moi....
I missed lunch and my system is messed up from the migrane pills and I'm ready to fire somebody, anybody... but I won't. I'll just be miserable alone until it is time to leave. Blah
