I hate to say this, but there are times in between the yelling and constant stress that I do enjoy it here. It forces me to think and that is a good thing. I've come up with some ideas and process changes that hadn't been thought of before. So far I'm holding up my end and I think most people think I'm doing a good job. Not bad for the new guy.
Of course nobody thinks of me as the new guy. I'm the Production Manager, Quality Manager, Purchasing Agent, and Master Scheduler oh and part time truck driver all wrapped into one. It's been almost three weeks. At times it already seems like three years. My brain is tired and sometimes that isn't a bad thing. We'll see...
