I saved us $6000 yesterday by finding a way to rework 6 boxes of parts that were going to be thrown out. I also have parts being scanned via electron microscope and am running blind tests. None of these things have ever been done here. They never fixed problems, they just sort of hoped they'd go away. Not my style at all...
Every vendor I go to says they wished I'd have been here 10 years earlier. I hope they always think that.
