God I hate this. Another meeting, who gets to stay, who gets released. None of my people are in the layoff. Some relief there, but I've been on the other side of this too often. Not good, not good at all. Lots of stress, worry lines are way too prevelant throuhout the factory.

I told one inspector her job is safe. She doesn't believe me. She got this letter you see, it wasn't related to this but she is convinced. Little things get blown out of proportion when the stress level is this high. It's going to be a tough week.
