From sadness comes joy?

Dear Diary,

This afternoon I got offered the job I wanted. It is a management position with an almost finished corner office. I also get to keep my senority and 401K because it is a division of the company that put me out of business. I should get the proposal letter by Friday.

I won't be able to start until the boat show season is ove though. I hope that is not a problem. I plan to try to stay on here part time. I'd be able to pay lots of bills that way.

Perhaps life will be good again.
