I dropped M.E off at work this morning, bright and early. She's going to Philadelphia and all puppy and I are getting is this stupid Tee Shirt. Um, something like that.

Three days of batching it. Tomorrow is race night, and she'll be back Thursday night so really tonight is the only night I need to be entertained with out getting into to much trouble or spending too much money. Did I mention I'm a starving yacht broker these days? Hmmm, I thought so. Wanna buy a boat?

I've been listening to these sales CDs in the truck. The guy doing the speaking is suppose to be one of the best salesman in the world. He convinced my boss to buy his tapes so I guess it's true. I am learning quite a bit, not all applicable to selling boats, but it has been interesting.

We should close on the little boat I sold on Thursday. The people are very excited. They even took a slip in the marina here for the rest of the season. I'll have to give them some lessons I guess. It will all pay out in the end.

Oh and I sent out a few resumes yesterday for local engineering jobs, just in case. Man can live on beans and rice for only so long... well actually for quite a while, but all these hours and the lack of a steady paycheck is putting quite a dent in the life style. Ahh Walden, here I come. simplify, simplify, simplify.

I think cable will be the first to go. Good bye history and weather channel, hello stupid reality tv. Whats next who wants to marry my grandpa? Number 5, are those your real teeth? God help us all.

There was a riot yesterday on the Indian reservation. They want a casino, the state said no so they opened a smoke shop selling tax free cigarettes. The state said close, they said no and the troopers came in. Our beautiful little state will be in the news for something stupid or sad again. Oh well, such is life.
