Not a good day at the office

Just a down day. My energy level is low and my motivation is lower. Looks like I am going to lose the one big listing that I had. The guy is getting cold feet and doesn't want to pay the commission fee if it sells. If I can't convince a friend, how am I going to convince strangers? But I'm working without a net here. There is no fall back position, no plan B. I have to make it work so I'll try.
