Ugh... I had insomnia all night... Puppy had it too, but he had an excuse, he barfed up some unknown substances at 3:15 am. I know the exact time because, like I said I had insomnia.

Of couse now that I'm at work I feel like sleeping. Will I ever get this world figured out? I did not waste my time not sleeping though... I mentally reworked my resume, redid both the basement and bedroom decors and planned a full itinerary for out two year hence trip to the BVI's including where to eat dinner. UGH... Sleep is not over rated.

I have no idea if puppy had grand plans during his sleeplessness. I do know that a little after 4:30 he came up on the bed in search of hugs which I was more than happy to provide. Hugs work both ways you know. Sigh...

I got in 15 miles this weekend and am down ten pounds in round two of the lates fitness bout and 20 pounds total since I began in November. The holidays gaffed things up, but I'm pretty happy besides that. I ran inot somebody I hadn't seen in a few months on Friday and he was like, hay have you lost weight? You look like you've lost 20 pounds... That felt pretty good.

It's been 12 days with out alcohol and my head is on pretty straight and I don't miss it to much. Sometimes it is too big a part of my life. I do find my self avoiding certain people though these days, which I'm not sure is good or bad... We'll see I guess.

We made our dontaions to the indians at the casino Saturday night and took a ride along the bay yesterday. God I miss the water so much.. Is it spring yet? Sopranos three was a big hit with M.E. and we watched a bunch yesterday. That, and the party Friday night was pretty much my weekend. I know, I was bubbling over with excitement too.

I bought the Boston Globe in the hopes that their job listings would be chock full of folks looking to hire such a wonderful engineer as my self for gobs of money, but alas it was $2 wasted. There is a job fair at the new patriots stadium tomorrow and although the companies are not a fit, I'm going so I can check the place out. It also gives me an excuse to leave early.... Hmm, I wonder if the Pats could use me? Capologist? Field Engineer? I'm pretty handy with a mower... blah...

Well back to work, have a happy Monday folks...
