I saw this quote in trishtastic diary today and it seemed to hit a little to close to home...

She wrote, I got to work this morning and asked a female co-worker how her Christmas was. She said, "It was okay. I've learned to lower my expectations."

Jobs, people, hell now even Christmas... Life should get easier with age shouldn't it? Instead I always seem be up swimming stream. I wonder how low expectations can get befre they just cease to exist? At least I'm doing it in clean socks and underwear...today
