Not much to say today I guess. Tomorrow I need to put on the gutter guards so that I don't spend the rest of the fall cleaning out leaves. Mowing the lawn is also on the agenda. M.E. is working so it will be a good day to get all my chores done. If it doesn't rain...

We are babysitting a friends wife while he plays golf in North Carolina so off to the casino to make our donations to the Indians tomorrow night. We play high stakes Bingo just like the old people. You learn not to mess with the old ladies. They take their bingo seriously and will hurt you if necessary. It is the bags of stuff they bring that amazes me. 10 different kinds of markers, more junk food than your local mini-mart. I swear I saw one woman pull out a whole pot roast dinner out of one bag, complete with a chocolate cake. There is no talking during play and of the caller is too fast or too slow, they bang thier dabbers on the table. I keep a VERY low profile.

Sunday we are taking M.E.s relitives and a few co-workers sailing. It looks to be a beautiful day. 70 and sunny is the forecast. Hopefully all this crap will be out of my system by then and I'll be as good as new. We'll see. Either way I need to do soem cleaning and ice up the cooler tomorrow.

I applied on line for an engineering position at Hasbro, the toy company. I've applied there once before without results. Maybe this time will be better? I also had a guy casually ask if I might be interested working as an engineering consultant in a new start up company. I told him I'd listen... I will too.
