A day of rest?????

Sunday Morning, everybody got up late, except for Bob who is up before the sun every day. Whats up with that?

I made pancakes and bacon for breakfast and M.E. made great coffee. we showered and went to the tent for the joke telling contest. Some of them were pretty good, some of them pretty lame. One guy got the hook.

Then M.E and I went and walked the docks checking out boats and running into people we knew. Nice. I asked her if she wanted to go shopping but she said she wanted to go back to the boat. We stopped and got a bag of ice and she made a pithcer of Dels frozen lemonade with lemon rum in it. I wasn't going to have any, but it was so yummy, we drank the whole pitcher. We put on some tunes and just watched the world go by, soaking up the sun. A few people stopped by the check out the boat, as a matter of fact the whole trip we had people stop by.

We eventually both fell asleep on the cushions. Some friends of ours on a little boat didn't have time to shop for food so had been eating out all weekend. We invited them over for dinner. Head and Laura had left so we had two spots, we'd find a way to squeeze in one more. Salad, bread, baked stuffed chicken, pliaf and brocolli and cheese was the menu. The new galley worked great. We even made microwave popcorn later in the night.

Everybody was more alive in the tent and the music was a little better. We closed the place down, then headed to the boat to play some more. I think half of Nantucket showed up for a while.

I didn't stay up too late though. Tomorrow we had planned to go 45 miles to Cuttyhunk Island. We were coming home.
