Tuesday Blues?

I bought a heater. Yes my office is that cold. Now all I need to do is find furnature. I can't say I'm happy here. We are so far behind, our systems and equipment are out of date, a chunk of my employees are hand me downs that didn't work elsewhere. The general sense from the other managers is that it is a no win situation. It just might be. The guys above me are numbers crunchers. It's all they see. I don't think I'll have the support I should to really turn this around. That is a recipe for disaster. On the plus side, the commute is nice and so is the money, but if I had to do it over....
