UGh, I spent the morning doing an unexpected dog and pony show for a big defense contractor who we are trying to financially seduce. He asked a lot of tough questions before the tour, but walked around with his mouth open when he saw our plant and equipment. I think the recommendation will be positive.

The building is also full of the top brass from coprorate today, my boss, his boss and his bosses boss along with the entire North American sales force are roaming the building. Double ugh...

My new sailing instruments are in and I finished cutting out the new cabin sole yesterday. I still have some drilling and sanding to do, but I should be able to start the polyurethaning by next weekend if all goes according to plan.

I was tired of sitting around the house, so we went out both Friday and Saturday. Friday we just hit the club for a few hours. I drank club soda... blah.

Saturday we watched the our team beat 4th ranked UConn. Then we had a guy try to sell us siding for the house, we're considering it, did the grocery shopping and headed for Newport.

We went to Mama's for salads and then hit the casino becaue M.E wanted to play slots. I knew how this was going to work out, and so it did. I played video poker and lost $.25 in an hour, she played nickel slots and still managed to lose $20 in the same period. Thats 400 nickels in less that an hour actually. Oh well.

We hit the Newport YC for the cheapest drinks in town and I had two glasses of grapes and some good conversation. The we drove home the long way and decided to stop by the Club for one. Well most of the whole gang was there and we stayed a couple of hours and had tons of laughs.

It seems that one of our members, Mr. Stick up his ass(also known as Mr. Clean) ended up trying to play with the big dogs the other night and it sort of didn't work out. He got totally plastered, threw up on Denise and himself, got stuck in the bathroom and had to have his wife pick him up and drive him home. Can we all say Awwwwwww.... Apparently he drinks like he races, all talk...

Well Back to the grindstone. We have another game tonight, hated Georgetown and we should kick butt. Happy Monday!
